Completed repairs cannot be returned until full payment is received via bank deposit, PayPal or credit card. How to mail your phone for repair: Call 13000iMend to ensure parts availability and secure your booking. We will email you through a form. Fill it out. Send the form and your phone wrapped in bubble wrap via Australia Post or Courier service (Buy the bag over the counter and then put in express post bin when using Australia Post) We will notifiy you once your Smart Device has been received and repairs have been commenced. You will be notified upon dispatch. Note: 1. In the case of unavailable stock, a delay of up to 3 days may occur. You will be notified of any delays immediately. 2. Water damage repairs can require 3 days to diagnose accurately. 3. Registered post and other such services are recommended as they ensure your iPhone’s safety and speedy delivery to our offices.
