We both get our family cars serviced at I-Car and will keep going back. The guys are very helpful and provide great old-fashioned service. Thanks guys great job. Can't recommend them highly enough. Jamie and Renee Kallangur

I was moving overseas and required a substantial amount of work to be done on my Alfa Romeo Spider. Save money easily with iCar by 1. Combining work, ie if you need a service and the brakes need doing, its more affordable to get them done then, than return later. 2. Refer your friends when your happy. We love to give back to our customers and reward them when they send us new business. 3. Tell us exactly what you want to have done. That way we never do more than you need.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
The make and model of the vehicle, the VIN is perfect and its located on your registration sticker. If you have or no other vehicle details such as engine code etc this is also helpful.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
All work at iCar is fully guaranteed and insured. We are insured for the appropriate Public Liabilities and of course have the Its Fixed Or Its Free warranty in place.

I love that everyday, I get to meet someone new, and have the opportunity to know them. We may fix cars, but really we are a fantastic customer service company that just happens to fix cars.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I have always had a passion for cars and for people. In the late nineties I started a national network of vehicle repairers simply to bring a better level of education and service to the car industry.
