Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

ICQ Computers are covered by Public Liability Insurance. We provide a flat hourly rate alongside our quotes so customers will always know their fees. Due to our 'beginning to end' policy we will work with the customer until the problem is resolved in it's entirety.

I have always had a fondness in Technology as a whole and problem solving. What many see as a frustration I see as a challenge.

Jo had no Internet for weeks. She spent hours with Telstra and her computer shop without a solution. Within 2 hours we were able to diagnose a problem with the Telstra network. We phoned Telstra and provided our diagnostics results and a technician visited the following day who resolved the issue.

I enjoy problem solving. I enjoy the new challenges that a job in IT can provide often on a daily basis. I enjoy being able to provide a customer ready to throw a computer out of a window complete satisfaction.

Customers should be looking for an active listener. Someone who will take notes and get a clear and complete overview of the problem before visiting in their homes. They should be comfortable communicating with them and not succumb to a pushy salesperson.

Questions commonly ask about our availability. We are only a phone call away and attempt to provide a solution as quickly as possible. We have performed work for customers at midnight in the past. We will ensure solutions are given in ways that reduce the impact customer's lives and businesses

There are plenty of cheap IT on the market. They will perform half a job, cut corners and leave you needing to hire a professional. Our prices are very reasonable however we provide a beginning to end service and can manage the entire resolution process on your behalf.
