Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we have mandatory professional indemnity insurance for of $2 million with LPLC.  There are certain legal services we provide a guarantee for services including Solicitors Certificates for mortgages.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

My father is a doctor and I didn't like blood but grew up wanting to help people. Being a good lawyer requires passion, patience and performance- luckily I have all 3.

I have many stories that would enthral almost anyone, but a favourite was acting for a client that ran Australia's largest reverse mortgage business who faced problems with ASIC and other regulatory bodies and we successfully sourced, instructed and managed an excellent legal team that won.

I am an ethical, respected member of the legal profession. Our firm has never had a negligence claim brought against it. Have served on various volunteer and commercial boards. I am honoured to be a mentor for International Law Masters (LLM) students at the University of Melbourne Law School.
