  Denis was fantastic. He was able to identify the main problem over the phone and upon getting a photo of the pc came around with the required parts and fixed the problem while also doing a diagnostic analysis and pc clean. He explained a few things to me and gave me some tips for ongoing maintenance. I would not hesitate in recommending him to help with your pc issues. Denis explained costs up front meaning no hidden costs which is great. PC is working beautifully again.

  Was great, the technician "Denis" texted me and it was super easy to organise pickup and delivery, was also clear on costs! He explained things very clearly and was easy to talk to! He definitely deserves 5/5 kept me up to date the whole way :) Laptop works beautifully and the cost was great considering delivery!
