This was my first time to use Intellisolve and they did not disappoint. Excellent service and very accommodating of my needs. They are quick and effective, i needed my tax to be lodged before a certain date so they sorted mine out over phone which was very fast.

What do you like most about your job?
Finding ways to make people happier than they were before we met which almost always means more money and or security for them one way or another.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
A new customer with about $60K owing to the tax man hired me and within days, I had $19k wiped-off his debt. Do you think he was happy?
What the heck - I'm going to break this rule and give you another one as I recently convinced the tax office to put it in writing so that one of my clients gets a 25% tax deduction for his home mortgage interest, council and water rates and building depreciation and yet all he's doing is running a business on the side of his normal job and that's just from one small room in his big 4 x 2 house and in using his motor vehicle ... Now I dare you to ring 5, 50 or even 500 accountants and let me know if you can find just one who has even close to the same story ... as they say in New York where I once lived - go figure!

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
As a financial planner for more than 20 years, I was very interested in detailed, progressive tax planning so I spent many years educating myself "my way" i.e. beyond the norm. Next, the Tax Practitioners Board registered me on this sole basis and hey presto ... here I am!
