  Jase very focussed and people friendly with his customers . Had a few challenges with exit locks , pool security gate locks, etc and Jase always had a solution to every problem and gave great performance and service . Happy customer 😁

  Jace told us many things that were untrue. He recommended a system he'd never used before, and then ran into lots of problems installing it. A one day job turned into five days before we asked him not to come back. He told us the system had a 3 year warranty when it only had a 2 year warranty (I noticed in the manual), then tried to have us believe that his supplier would warranty the 3rd year, and then when I asked for that in writing from his supplier he said no, and that he would personally warranty the 3rd year (including replacement). He only told us this when I asked him why he said it was 3 years. He installed our lock on an angle and told us it was supposed to be that way. He charged us for Cat 5 cable, and installed a different, cheaper cable (Figure 8 cable) which did not support the system he recommended (it clearly says in the manual that Figure 8 cable is not recommended). He continued to try to talk his way out of all the untruths, even when we had documented everything in emails. He took no accountability, and now we need to pull out his cable and start again. It's been a disappointing and costly exercise. I'd go with someone else.

  Jace "The Ace" ruined our door, drilled through our door frame, drilled through our plantation shutter and installed a faulty lock. It cannot get much worse than the experience i had. He engaged lawyers to offer me $250 in compensation, when we are looking at over $2500 in damage. Avoid "The Ace." He is also not a registered locksmith.
