  The price cannot be beaten. Had problems with scheduling job via text messages. One day just waited for 'visit in afternoon'. That did not happen. After 8pm asked for time tomorrow. Got 7am, agreed. Almost immediately it was changed to 7pm. Agreed again and confirmed it is actually 7PM. Josh came at 7am. Started with forcing old cooktop out of benchtop. Luckily cooktop fixtures gave up first. Benchtop was not damaged. I brought an installation instruction and provided fixtures as an alternative to installing on silicon. That was done well by Josh. Later found out he did not use pressure regulator provided with the cooktop. Cooktop was put together, connected and tested. All works. Money paid. Question about invoice or receipt was addressed to his manager to provide via email. Sent all details twice, no reply :( Summary: cheap price, friendly staff, but needs to be instructed to do things in the right way, unfriendly management

  Thanks james for coming out in the middle of night and repairing our burst water meter pipe
