TURNING YOUR HOUSE INTO A HOME  Do you have ideas but dont know where to start? Not sure what colour pallet, curtains or accessories to choose or maybe your stuck when it comes to your layout of your furniture? This is where I can assist you! My services are more affordable than other Interior decorator/designers, this is because decoration and design is my passion, its not all about the $$$ My goal is to work with you to create that desired look your wanting to achieve in your home. My fee's vary to suit your needs. OPTION 1. - Flat rate fee This fee is charged based on the scope of work required for your project and is quoted at the time of consultation once the scope of work has been determined. This fee is not included in your overall budget. Minimum flat rate fee is $250 per room- payable prior to the commencement of work. If you agree to proceed with my services, a contract and invoice will be drawn up. OPTION 2. – Hourly rate fee This fee is calculated per hour for work that is carried out. This work will include but is not limited to; time spent sourcing products, drawing up plans, drawing up paper work, meetings, and deliveries for the purpose of your project. The hourly rate is not charge for travel to and from sourcing products. This fee is not included in your overall budget. Hourly rate fee $60 per hour - If you agree to proceed with my services, a contract and invoice will be drawn up. Invoices are billed and payable on the 15th and 30th of every month.
