Basically, I wanted to be either a plumber or an electrician, and my grandmother told me that electricity can kill you.  That definitely helped the decision making process.

Customers always ask how much something will cost.  I generally try and arrange a free site inspection so that we can discuss the entire project and uncover any unknown elements so that they can be covered in our fixed quotation and avoid any "surprises".

We are constantly checking and comparing our pricing with our competitors and we believe that our 85-90% success rate in securing our quotations is proof that we are very competitive in the marketplace.

Our charges are indicative of the work to be done but are always subject to the many possible variations that may be present from one site to the next.  Generally, our hourly rate is calculated on the estimated time we believe a job should take, and is then combined with the materials required.
