  No shoe several times with no notice. Blamed every problem on covod Work was being done unsafely so was removed from the property. No motor provided, no key fobs, no framing. He was building using mostly scrap wood and again, blamed covid for not having the right supply of materials. Wooden structure collapsed while he was working on it. Your better off leaving your garage door open than letting this clown anywhere near your property

  After paying Josh in full for a new motor and wifi receiver, Josh failed to attend any of the prearranged times. He never notified of being unable to attend and gave me the run around for weeks. He provided a new and different excuse each time. He eventually turned up at 6pm to do the install without notice and no consideration to my work routine or weekend plans. He was not very prepared with tools and fumbled around with the very basic installation. After completing the motor installation he advised that he doesn’t have the wifi component and would return the next morning to complete. Once again Josh failed to turn up, failed to give notice nor show any professional courtesy. It was clear he didn’t know how to complete the job he accepted and was finding excuses. I simply had enOugh of his excuses and failed bookings so I asked for a refund of the wifi component which was separately listed on the quote. He agreed to provide me with the refund but once again failed to deposit the funds even though not disputing the money to be refunded. I was forced to got to Consumer Affairs who agreed that I was owed money but once again Josh failed to provide any refund even once adjudication from Consumers Affairs. Matter has now been lodged to VCAT and awaiting hearing date in late 2022. Use at your own risk. Very unprofessional. Have no confidence in his ability or any warranty periods that he may claim to offer.

  Prompt response and same day service. Joshua is a competent garage door specialist, he has done an excellent job. He's an easy-going guy, friendly, nice to talk to, he let you feel like he is an old friend.
