Fully insured up to $20 million & all work comes with a guarantee. Such as spider jobs come with a 6 month warranty. Just ask and I will be happy to advise.

Too many to list but recently I installed a bird shock on a customers roof in Mawson Lakes. Took two days and works great. He was so happy that now I have two more to do.

A customer needs to explain what is happening, why it is a problem. They need to ask what I plan to do about it. The equipment or chemicals that may be used. Any health & safety issues. Will this effect them, their family, pets & home. What warranties are provided or limitations of the treatment. What are the expected outcomes & results. Who sorts it out if it goes wrong.

I like to treat your home as my own. I will always consider what would make me happy if this was my place and then apply that solution to your home. I suppose you could say I'm a little OCD on this, but my customer love the attendation to detail.

You are not dealing with a big company that doesn't care. I have only 1 share holder and that's my wife. You know the story, wife happy life happy. But by being with Ozpest you get that great one on one service with the same person every time. I have just over 13 years of pest control and I have seen most of it. Not all but most. I started off in the fumigation business and then moved into main stream pest control. This business is great as every day is different, new faces, new problems. I love meeting people and helping them out. Talking too much is my one failing but at least you will be kept informed. I think I'm just a down to earth guy. So I will look forward to meeting you.

Follow instructions as this save me time and saves you money. Prepare before I turn up as this will help you with your problem. Just ask me and I will provide details. Remove any hazards and make your home as safe as possible.

I specialise in all types of Termites Inspections, Pre-purchase, Visual Termite Inspections & Timber Pest Inspections. I invested in a Thermal Imaging Camera and this has increased the level of inspections that I conduct.  I also cover off all other aspects of pest control such as Spiders, bed bugs, cockroaches, rodents, millepedes, birds and all other insects.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Fully licensed for pest control work, white card for building sites and my EWP licence over 11m. I have qualifications for HomeGuard Termite protection with a 25 year $1 million warranty installs. Exterra installer for their $100,000 Termite baiting & monitoring non-toxic systems.
