"I just want a basic clean" answer: We do a fully detailed clean from ceilings to floor, every time we clean for you. There is no basic clean with Jim's Cleaning. "Do you supply your own....." answer: We supply everything we need to clean your house - chemicals, vacuum, mops, cloths, you name it!

We are reliable because we use a job booking app to book your home for a clean at a certain time and date. You will get notified when we are on our way. All our staff are police checked and have no criminal records.

Price is more than money. I can give you a cheap price, with no customer service and sloppy staff. Or you can work with us and get the top-shelf service you are looking for. Our costs cover award wages for our cleaners, fuel, travel times, chemicals, equipment, complaint system, management, cleaners in uniform, police checks, public liability insurance, the Jim's national brand - I could go on...

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge by the job, so we will quote your house in person first and give you a total package price that will achieve your cleaning goals. Hourly rates are a race to the bottom, and you won't find us on the bottom - we are on the top!

Our customers are looking for a regular house cleaner who they can build a relationship with and trust with their homes. We specialise in high-end, white glove cleaning for best-in-street results. If you are looking for a 'cheap deal' from a dodgy cleaner, move along - nothing to see here :)
