  Location: Rivervale, WA

  My white couch was damaged with a hole torn in it by the removalists when they were dragging and trying to jam it in the lift (while I was watching them so know this is how the damage occurred). It is to the point I need it reupholstered as it is not repairable. There’s also stains all over the couch which cannot be removed without damaging the fabric as advised by uphosterers that have assessed the couch. The removalist have argued with me saying they didn’t cause the damage and are refusing to now contact me or lodge an insurance claim as requested even though the damage was noticed and I informed them 10 minutes after they had left which is well within their requirements listed on their website to be notified in 24 hours. They are also refusing to provide a receipt for the service they provided. Office chair was also broken by them, but again, they aren’t taking any ownership. They demanded payment prior to the job being completed then questioned why I paid when there was damage. I would NOT recommend booking these people.

  She posted totally a fake review. We always replied to them but they threatened and abused us. She had her damaged stuff well before starting the job and even our movers clicked picture of all damaged stuff well before starting the job. When job was about to finished and we asked for payment then she made an excuses and tried to delay the payment she had payment issues and in reply just to get away to pay for the job she made an excuse and said there was bit of strain on couch when movers confirmed it was not done from them and she cant run away without paying then she agreed and paid them full payment. How can someone paid full amount if they had any kind of such a serious damage on their stuff. Next day her partner called us from some fake id and threatened us and we were totally unaware of the reason. When they knew we have an insurance and then what they did very smartly they started putting all their damaged stuff on us to claim all their household stuff from us. Even we had provided her pictures with time on it which clearly showed the stuff was damaged before starting the job what else she want but she was totally adamant. We have put her on our black list. I would not recommend them anyone to move their stuff in future.
