We are an accounting practice based in Melbourne, working with a diverse range of clients and businesses. We are registered tax agents and Chartered Accounts that pride ourselves in excellent customer service and work of exceptional quality. We have extensive knowledge of the broad areas of taxation, advising clients in all areas from business start-ups, CGT, liquidations and forensic accounting. The services we offer include; • Tax Returns and Financials for Businesses and Individuals. • Business and Tax Advisory: We can help you determine the most appropriate and tax effective business structures, as well as more complex issues such as CGT, liquidations and feasibility studies. • Forensic Accounting - we work with clients and lawyers to track down missing money and fraud within a company, going back through years of source documents and financials. • BAS preparation and lodgement. • Fringe benefits tax (FBT) • Private rulings and Class rulings submissions with the ATO. We can lodge multiple years of tax and BAS returns and liaise with the tax office on behalf of clients. We also are able to negotiate payment plans, obtain extensions for overdue returns and apply for remissions.
