Hi I hired JKP Concreating who wanted cash and he did the worst job. They literally destroyed the lawn and their concreting was horrid as it was not what we asked for at all. Even though I went out and spoke with him 3 times on the day it was laid, expressing my concerns (the first time was before the concrete was even laid - so it could have been corrected, before the concrete was delivered) as the way he had boxed it looked all wrong to me & I'm no expert. We had requested and confirmed a number of times that we wanted a gentle slope down from a drive way and all he did was extend the drive way. no slope at all for the most part and he just tried to pull dirt up to make the slope. We are now stuck with this! He broke a number of pavers and made promises that he has not kept and caused damage to our existing concrete. I have called Joel numinous times and left him a number of messages. But he will not return my calls or messages and will not arrange to come back and fix the job and attend to the damage he has cased. Be very aware!Roger
