Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

I have transit insurance. I am unable to offer full cover insurance as that has to be provided by a broker. In the rare occurrence that something is chipped or broken, I will repair or negotiate a suitable reduction in the cost of your removal.

I find pleasure in my work knowing that I provide the best possible service and through that my customer's satisfaction ( which is what my business is all about ).

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

How long they have been in business. What happens if there are breakages. What size truck do they use.  Are they reliable.

Why is my price lower than other companies. Also why are there cheaper removal companies than the price I offer. I offer the same service as the larger companies, but without their overheads. The cheap companies are cheap because they provide a shabby service  ( be wary of their hidden charges).

I have never rang and cancelled a removal at the last minute. I cannot count the amount of times I have been called out to jobs where the removal company people have booked do not show up.

Established 26 years. Professional removalist, not truck driver with truck. Your furniture arrives in the same condition as it is loaded.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

To provide an accurate quote, I need a complete list of your furniture and how many cartons you have. I also need to know the access to your houses and weather you have a hi-set house.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

The best way to keep your cost down is to pack your belongings in standard removal cartons or similar cartons. Smaller cartons take more time to load and pack in the truck. Have everything dismantled that needs to be pulled down. Have uncluttered access to your belongings.

What makes your pricing competitive?

My hourly rate starts at your pick-up address and finishes when we unload at your new address. I do not charge travelling time or a call out fee on local area moves.

I normally charge by an hourly rate, but if I can obtain a list of your furniture to be removed, I am more than happy to give you a fixed quote.
