  Accepted quote from Century21 Dandenong agency in March21 for new water tank pump install with cover and got told job done in 1April21. Paid to this contractor on 27/4/21 through agency and late 8/7/21 came to inspect the job and found the job weren't done. Photo's given not the same unit as old unit was still there. I then demanded for refund and later offered to come back install the new unit. I'm still waiting for the cover to install but not get anywhere. Requested for warranty document and compliance certificate but still not received it. Very poor customer service. Please consider to use this contractor as very stressful to deal with.

  What can I say. I received a high water bill. Called jpg plumbing to come asses the job, commended a pressure test checked all the taps. And found that there was a small hole in the water pipe. Thanks jpg team. Karl Ringwood
