  The most stressful time of my life. I was selling my home and engaged JT Legal as my solicitor. I had no advice and had to learn and do pretty much everything myself. The team are under qualified and did not know answers to my basic questions. I felt there was an uninterested sense of urgency as well as no sense of responsibility. My sale was at risk and the buyer almost terminated the contract due to JT Legal’s lack of responsiveness. A very disconcerting, disappointing, and draining experience that has left a very unsettling emotional scar.

  What type of firm is this!? Called a bunch of times, kept leaving messages with a woman named Nool, she said she was a lawyer but doesn’t do criminal but will get a criminal lawyer to call me back, I told her it was urgent & how my brother & I desperately needed to speak to a lawyer particularly one who speaks Vietnamese because my dad doesn’t speak English, we were charged & need to go to court but after Nool took my name & number not one criminal lawyer called me back since!? I called again & again & Nool just kept acting like a telephone operator repeating the same lines & taking messages for someone to call me back, I don’t even think she even cared to pass my details over to anyone, if not interested to help, just say so & we'll look elsewhere, don't make us wait for nothing, it's not professional.
