  Took them 3hrs to drive from Mernda to Sebastopol 🤯. It took us 1hr 40 mins (and we did a drive through at McDonalds). Seems like they dragged out the job as they they charge per hour. We had to help (a lot)

  I hired them the 2nd time after the first perfect experience. This time there was a damage to my belongings; however, Sunny has tried to resolved the problem. Although I'm not fully satisfied with his resolution, I appreciate his willingness to resolve customers' complaints and keep calm during heated conversations.

  Thanks for your feedback. We went through the whole situation. First of all on the day of your move you guys brought everything outside from your property including the fridge doors before our team arrive that's your mistake. When we start the loading we bring couches first and 3 doors of your fridge those one properly wrapped with blankets. Only 1 door was outside which was fell down due to high wind. Our team didn't do it purposely. If you didn't put everything outside then nothing was going to happen on that day. This is your mistake. But still we are happy to replace 1 door of your fridge as we told you over the phone when you called us. First day when you contact us that time you told us it's only 1 door and then during 2nd conversation over the phone you said I want to replace 3 doors and now in your feedback you have mentioned that our team damaged 4 doors of fridge. May be in your next conversation you will blame us to damage your whole fridge. Now you are threatening us to take this matter in VCAT its total upto you. VCAT is going to listen both sides before any decision. In Australia if customers have rights to complaint against any bussiness. Businesses also have rights to complaint against customers where customer harass business. Regards Kahlon Movers Team

  My first big move and Kahlon Movers have made it less stressful. They arrived on time and were very efficient and professional. They made sure the furniture was wrapped up and carefully placed with no damages. They also placed the furnitures in the rooms as i wanted and took the bed apart to prevent it getting damaged. The job actually went for 5 hours to move a 4 bedroom home that was fully furnished, along with extra items in a large garage. The quote provided was quite acurate with time and pricing. I was very impressed how efficient they were. I would definately use them again for my next move and highly reccomend them.
