As every person is an individual with specific needs, I take great care to provide every student with the program that meets his/her needs.
Initially there is a FREE consultation. This involves filling in the questionnaire (including personal details, lifestyle and diet screening, exercise history, health screening, injuries and set up of the goals), having measurements taken (weight, body fat, water, strength and flexibility) and discussion of the entire fitness program. This initial conversation helps us to comprehend the client’s goals and reasons to better themselves and thus enables us to recognize what kind of training programs will be needed in order to deliver the desired results.
