If your matter is in the Rockingham or Armadale Magistrates Courts, arrangements can be made to visit your area for your initial appointment.

This firm charges fixed fees. The fee is established at your first meeting.  The initial consultation is $250.00, including GST, and is obligation free. A quote will be provided at the consultation once the seriousness of your charge or charges are verified and you have determined how you will plead to the charges.

A mobile number is available for suspected accuseds needing to speak with a lawyer for advice prior to a Police interview.    The firm is also able to to take on wills and deceased estate and criminal injuries compensation matters.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Miss Mercer, the firm principal, has worked in criminal defence since she was an articled clerk working with Kevin Prince.  She has worked in the courts in the Great Southern, Perth and most recently in the Pilbara.  Some of the challenges faced in the Pilbara, particularly in regards to drugs and domestic violence, are becoming increasingly relevant across the State. Miss Mercer brings that experience to her city practice.
