  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I have never left a bad review however need to warn everyone that this business is a joke. I had moved out of our 5 bedroom house and the house was empty. I opened it up and let him (Daniel?) inside to set up while I had to run over to our other house quickly. He called me 25 minutes later and asked me to come back to the house. I was surprised to know he had finished, and I was silly enough to believe him. The carpets were charcoal grey and not visibly dirty. He exploited that. All he did was spray water and deodoriser around to make it “look and smell” like they had been cleaned.. he didn’t even bother vacuuming. On the upper level he only squirted deodoriser – no vacuuming or water. You could see the lines on the carpet from the deodoriser where he stood at each bedroom door and squirted some smelly stuff around. That’s it. He even charged me $40 more than the quote!! I realised within 30 seconds of him leaving I was ripped off. I called him immediately and he hung up twice. I then called the office to let them know what happened. As it turns out, the office was actually his wife at playgroup. I took photos and video but they didn’t care. He may as well have broken into my home and stolen the cash. I felt so violated after this experience I needed to warn others. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

  This customer was explicitly warned that she had a wooden carpet and said “oh no no, keep it cheap I just need a receipt for bill of sale”. 4 years in operation and never received a single negative review on any platform. Have an axe to grind much lol.. accountability is also about being accountable with your own words not just that if the company you’ve hired. Angry customers always have one trait in common i distinguishable from other customers, that is their never in the wrong, they have nothing to answer for in regards to their own conduct and they all finish with Woe is me. Personal accountability says alot about person’s character, I suggest you start there Allison.
