How did you decide to get into your line of work?

My mum inspired me to start Kitchen Angels Sydney. I was debating whether to have a career change and I did a bit of soul searching and realised I was great at hosting parties. With her I have been doing this most of my life. I love meeting new people and doing something I love!

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We hosted a delightful engagement party with approx 120 guests. Our four staff prepared and personally served a large amount of finger food to their fun loving guests. Our organisational skills meant that the platters were always full and we had lovely comments of the quality and presentation.

What do you like most about your job?

We love seeing the host, their mum, grandma, aunties etc having a great time mingling and chatting and being personally waitered on and the comments and compliments about what a difference to have someone else do all the cooking and cleaning up! Puts smile on my face every time!  We hope to exceed our clients expectations.

What type of food can you prepare?  We have basically been able to prepare everything that we have come across so far.   We have organised * Finger food * Morning/Afternoon teas * Themed food for example Frozen and James Bond parties * BBQs * Buffet * Dinner Parties, * Chinese food,  * Mexican, * Interment events etc  From as little as two adults to 130 adults!

# We love what we do!  # We always arrive on time! # We have excellent time management skills and are very organised so your event goes smoothly. # We are always friendly to your family and friends which we think is very important # We always respond as soon as we can and are happy to help you with anything we can so you can have the best party/event!  A lot of our customers are either repeats or referrals which is so nice. We see them at their child's Christening, then again at their baby's first birthday for example. It is really great for us to have word of mouth advertising too!

We are very aware of the needs of vegetarian, vegan, gluten and other dietary requirements.

1. We can help you design a great menu in any reasonable budget! 2. We can help you with your shopping lists, quantities and types of items needed etc! 3. We can help you locate food/party supplies from reasonably priced companies!

We provide a minimum of two friendly Kitchen Angels so you can capture and be apart of the special memories of your event. * We work with you to ensure your event/party not only impresses you but your family and friends too. * We are there, so all you need to do is enjoy mingling with your family and friends.  * Grandma & Aunty Betty will love us too (they don't need to be in the kitchen either)! * We provide a personalised service, that we can go around to your family and friends and offer them the lovely freshly prepared food. * Our buffets are fresh, colourful and tailored to you and your event. * Our aim is for your party to stay clean as possible and the kitchen to look like it never had a party!

We have always self-catered our own large parties such as 21st, 30th, engagements, christenings, birthdays and so on.  The issue always was that our Mum/Aunty/Grandma was always stuck in the kitchen and never had a chance to mingle. So the idea of Kitchen Angels Sydney was born. We love what we do!
