Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Accepted Answer

I guarantee my work, if you don't like it you don't pay. Quite simple. If it is something we need to work on I won't charge you extra for the hours spent above the quoted time. I don't need insurance.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have always been creative from a young age. I watched a movie called Street Beat when i was about 11 and fell in love with graffiti and street art. I have been creating ever since.

I had been working on a huge job for a real estate company and needed to finish it before i went on holiday to New York. I uploaded all the files the night before and was at the airport when the client rang me in a panic. "The files aren't here!" After nearly giving me a heart attack he realised he just needed to refresh his page.

I have always been creative. I love being able to come up with new concepts for clients, whether it be a new logo or online marketing campaign. I also love seeing the end results from a new campaign.

How much do you charge? I will quote on the job. I take on anything big or small so depending on how long I think it will take I base my price on this. My rates are very competitive

How much detail is involved withe the design. Do you want photographs taken, what is the time frame you want it finished, have you any other images to show me what you would like.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Create a type of look book comprised of websites, images, business cards or even sketches. This will save you money as I will then know what you are after. Have colours picked. Don't take too long to reply to emails etc.

For the month of March I am doing logo design for $120. I have free consulting to go over your business needs. I can meet with you to talk about what we can do to boost sales or If you are wanting a brand update etc.

My pricing is competitive as it is based on the job rather than hours. If it takes me more time to come up with that killer concept then I don't charge for that.

Usually I quote per job rather than hours. I would need to work out what the client was after and then give them a price for the work eg a single sided flyer with photos would be around $160
