Some people prefer a face to face meeting, some over the phone; personally i prefer email contact as i can reference it and make sure i tick every queried option on the list you provide.

Don't go for those deceptive people from overseas -- they're generally black hatters and yes you will get exactly what you payed for (read: payed for a soupy mess and no further contact); and its guys like me that pick up and fix it locally.

PayID is the preferred method (its fast (read: instant) reliable and most major banks in Australia use it), however EFT or Paypal is fine too. Cheques and money orders fine too but you won't see any service until they clear, is all.

servers ( that is - hosting web, mail or databases) and coding, with some design though mainly templates provisioned to spec.
