The business if fully insured against any public liability upto $20 000 000 and all work is guaranteed, if you have any issues with any work i have done it will be taken care of free of charge.

What do you like most about your job?

I have a keen interest in camping and all things 12 volt, so my real interest is in solar, dual batteries and camper setups.  I also love the mobile side because i get a change of scenery and get to meet people in a setting were they are comfortable and relaxed.

I think that the most important thing about working is that you need to be able to look at a job on completion and be able to take pride in the end result.  I do a better job on costumers cars than i do on my own.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

With 13 years of trade experience in commercial breakdowns and servicing machine such as concrete pumps you have to know what your doing.  If a machine like this breaks down while its full of concrete it a big problem that has to be fixed right away.  That is why we are called.

The main way to save is to tell us as much about the fault or job as possible.  For instance if you have a fault you may think certain things are not worth mentioning or are irrelevant but it can mean a lot to us.  Or if you want us to install something tell exactly what you have or want, the more prepared we are the smoother the job will go.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I am able to keep my pricing very competitive due to two factors.  firstly im a sole trader and have no other employees.  secondly being purely mobile i can avoid all the overheads that go with having a business venue  such as rent power ect.

How do you normally charge for your service?

This mobile service is charged at an hourly rate of 90p/h with no extra charge for call out, however travel time is charged at the same rate.  i have all the equipment on board to diagnose the problem asap and get you back on the road.

Specialising in heavy vehicle breakdowns, such as starting and charging faults and 12v power solutions for campers, caravans, motorhomes, 4x4 and marine.  any machine 12 or 24 volt.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I started my apprenticeship in 2000 and did alot of electronic fuel injection, camping setups, rebuilding of starters and alternators and lots of work on trucks and earthmoving.  i then traveled Australia using my trade to fund the trip this allowed be to be exposed to many sides of the trade , including marine, compaction systems, concrete pumps and much more.  For the last 8 years though i have been a mobile auto electrician servicing commercial and domestic breakdowns and carrying out wiring job big and small.
