1. We will do the discovery, analysis and requirement gathering work (Scoping and FRD) 2. We are a one-stop- shop for the clients, they do not have to hire resources at different places. We offer all the resources. 3. We follow Agile (iterative model) - building features one by one and then testing.

We have the complete In-house team, because of which we do not put double profit margin over the cost like other companies who outsource their projects. We make sure that we analyse the requirement of our clients in the best way and come up with a Cost and Time estimate as per clients expectation.

We have a fixed contract price that has been agreed upon by both parties.  The payments are then spread over 4 milestones (installments).
