Ladybird and her technicians are ACCI (Australian Carpet Cleaning Institute) accredited, in carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. Fully competent in OH&S, with current insurance cover for your peace of mind. I deliver my best to every client.

Tile and grout rejuvination.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I started Ladybird Carpet Care five years ago. I have always worked hard physically, but never had the opportunity to challenge my mind and develop my other skills. I had always wanted to own and operate my own business. I know what hard physical work is all about and when the opportunity came I saw the possibility and ran with it!

My sincere apologies for the delay in thanking you and sending this review for the cleaning service provided by Aaron on the 10th October 2013.
After taking up tenancy at this rental property, I researched for the best possible method to clean the dirty carpets left by the previous tenant. What I discovered was the “Encapsulation” method and upon looking for who provided this service in the area I encountered Ladybird Carpet Care. I phoned, made a booking, and Aaron was not only prompt, polite and professional but the results of his labour on the badly soiled carpets was truly astounding! Even the owner of the property was amazed at the transformation and eagerly noted Ladybird Carpet Care for future carpet maintenance.
Aaron not only provided an excellent service on the carpets but also thoroughly cleaned 2 soiled recliners on short notice that day. This service was such a blessing and enabled me a few days later to return from medical treatment and recover in surroundings that were fresh and clean.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
A customer should always check the technicians qualifications, method of cleaning and whether you have current insurance cover. Further questions that should be asked, include 'will my carpets be wet after cleaning?' and 'what products will be used?'

How much will it cost? Unfortunately customers focus mainly on the "dollars" rather than the best results. Our focus is on providing guaranteed results and service. Carpets and upholstery are very expensive items to the home and only the best technicians should be employed clean them with the required care they are needed.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Ladybird Carpet Care is an insured business, providing a money back guarantee. Should there be any reasonable complaint and you are not totally satisfied with our work we will firstly provide a re-clean.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
How many rooms with carpet require cleaning and square meters?
For upholstery on a couch that requires cleaning, what type of fabric has been used? How many seats?
Ladybird Carpet Care will need to measure per square metres for floor tiles and which rooms require cleaning. In the bathrooms and kitchen area, special attention is given as detailed hand cleaning will be provided.
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
I have one price only.That price is given upon a free inspection and measure quote. There are no add-ons. My cleaning methods are extensive, and every step must be fulfilled to achieve the optimum results. There is nothing a client can do to save money. Even should a client thoroughly vacuum, before I arrive, my guarantee required that I vacuum before any carpet cleaning.

A special offer to client is a laundry floor tile and grout rejuvenation service valued at $50 with every booking.
What makes your pricing competitive?
Ladybird's results, service and guarantee are better than any of the discounted services. I'll spend as much time as it takes to make the carpets/tiles or upholstery as good as I can. I will not cut corners to save time. My objective is always to build strong relationships with my clients, so that they will call me again.
How do you normally charge for your service?
Ladybird Carpet Care will initially provide a Free Measure and Quote.
Carpets and hard flooring = per square meter.
Upholstery per seating position, leather or fabric have different pricing.
