• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I started as a child! Then I studied it at university. I have done other jobs while studying (swimming teacher, child care worker, delivery driver) and have alway been working with making documents look their very best.

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  I normally work remotely via email or sometimes Skype so it has been nice on the odd occasion to meet a client in person. They are normally on holiday in a country I happen to also be visiting at the same time.
