  do not hire paid a deposit and not even 20% of my quotation was met...be very careful he ran off and refused to pay back the balance and refused to complete the works

  No work ever completed with full payment made,and broken promises one after the other all documented via One Flare - excuse after excuse from Gastro, to a man with family issues, to a truck breakdown and then finally unvaccinated staff. 4 times they were meant to turn up and no one Eve did with these excuses. I asked for a refund and Refund was promised on Friday the 7th that it would be paid on Tuesday 11th Jan still waiting for that and have now escalated from One Flare that has not been able to get a response from Mark Salmon to now Consumer Affairs with them now moving it to escalated complaints within Consumer Affairs to start legal action. Do not hire and do not engage with this company. He took full payment from me on Christmas Eve of all days saying he wanted to work through Christmas due to missed out business due to covid. Never turned up and provided excuse every time. Please if I can save someone else the stress and loss which this company and man has done to me and my family I say DO NOT HIRE. DO NOT send any money as I was told a one day special only and to send money that day to get a special price. DECEIT all the way.

  Hello Melody I don’t mind a review if it’s true. You chose to pay us , we have been very unfortunate to have what’s happened with stuff required to Covid tests & people being isolated & truck issues not fun working in this environment. As mentioned to you you paid us & we will be returning your full payment once released from trust account. So please explain correctly. I’m very disappointed you do such a nasty review when actually we told you the truth all the way. If you have had bad experiences with other people doesn’t mean you put them on to us. Mark
