I like every trade , abide to the home building contracts act 1991. Where the home building work /contract price is above $ 7500.00 and below $ 500,000. Every client gets a copy of the act.The act says i must guarantee work for 6 years.  Home indemnity insurance is taken out over jobs worth $ 20000.00

New clients  always ask , can you do this !   After seeing my work they then ask me to do more or come back later. If the extra is small then i will always help them out while I'm there.

After 29 years total, 17 in my own business i can brain storm many new ideas. My old world stone masonry skills, Landscaping with plants ,creative paving, water features ,stone boulders , exquisite hand picked stone work or neat limestone makes me a one stop business.

When i see a new client , Iv got seconds to key into there world. They should tell me what doesn't work, what they expect , what magazine photo excited them. Or simply what new direction they want to go.

1- Its always best to have any work that needs to be done , be done in order. Many home owners are managing /owner building and don't have the experience to know what comes next.  -2 Research,do your home work 3- Be humble and ask if not 100 % sure. That cost nothing.
