  Leigh has been an excellent support and trainer over the time I have been working with him. He has pushed me to my limits but given me the positive encouragement I needed to keep going. Really happy with the results I've started seeing and I feel so much better for working with him. Leigh has a good knowledge of exercise techniques and is great at explaining these techniques to someone just starting out. Would recommend these sessions to all people looking to push themselves and get a lot out of a short space of time.
