  Very unhappy. I didn't approve the order but they sent anyway. I ordered embroidery but received a printed logo which looks cheap and wont last. Have tried contacting them but it is impossible to get through to anyone. No response to emails, don't answer their phone and the messaging service on their website doesn't appear to be manned either. Be careful.

  easy to work with. lightning helped me to create the design, choose the colour material layout etc. since we've put up our new signage (delivered earlier than expected) we've been receiving lots of positive feedback
