How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I love working with people, and business is an exciting challenge. I followed in my Father's footsteps as an accountant and created my own business.  We have been helping hundreds of local Brisbane business for 4 years, and haven't looked back.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We have a client who is a builder, and once we got the file up to date, and completed we worked out he was not making any money. Why? He was undercharging his services.  After a detailed strategy session, we turned his business around and he is now making a profit.

Helping clients understand how their business is performing is one thing, helping them grow and change is the reward.  I get huge satisfaction from helping my clients succeed in business.

We have been in the industry for over 4 years, and I've personally been an Accountant for 10 years.  We know how to get the job done, and we have hundreds of happy clients to prove it.  Did we mention we are the QLD Xero bookkeeping partner of the year for 2016? :)

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We'll need access to your accounting software. We hope it's Xero!  Ask us what you need to get a quote from us. Usually it will be quite straight forward as we have a fairly set fee structure.

Generally speaking, we're here to do as much for you as you need. But 3 tips to save money would be:  - Have your Xero as organised as possible. Have a think about what you are wanting to achieve with your business so we can assist. - Have all your receipts and invoices kept safe - Be positive:)

We will usually do a quote for one off work, which will be competitive, but also reasonable so you get quality service.  For ongoing bookkeeping we will tailor a package based on your requirements.  You don't pay for a phone call to us, we encourage it.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in BAS/GST services, as well as Xero file Setups and Training.  We also manage our clients bookkeeping on going so they can focus on their business
