I've been with Lisa for over 8 years - Pilates, PT, now classes. Lisa has a great sense of humour, which gets us through sessions feeling great - somewhat cheated of course - nothing to genuinely complain about !!! I stay because Lisa is super committed to her clients, professional, works with you as an individual, and is heaps of fun - just don't tell her I said so.Lynda

I am a long time client of Lisa, her small group classes are challenging and varied, Lisa teaches correct technique, the class atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Lisa to any one looking to improve their fitness.Karen
