  One star, website won't let me upload invoice. Threatening, confrontational, and unreasonable. Damaged property. They missed grinding one stump, so we politely asked him to come back before the last 10% of funds was paid (normal practise to ensure job is finished). Miscommunication about date/time of finishing the job. On arrival, Craig was clearly angry that he needed to come back and began screaming obscenities for at a stay-at-home mum caring for her sick child. Some examples of the MANY things yelled at her were; “I’m doing yous a favour,” and “you better pay or I’ll have you blacklisted.” This escalated the relationship, thus I am writing a bad review to ensure he does not have the opportunity to do this to other families. Craig assumes the worst in reasonable people and talks/screams at them for his own shortcomings. He doesn’t allow space in his own verbal barrage for the other person to reply. Also dropped a branch on my shed, denting the metal roof. I had planned to give him a good review and even overlook the damage until he threatened my wife and myself on a two different occasions. I never want this kind of person dealing with me or my family again. Do not recommend.
