a now client of mine was in urgent need of a cleaner and no one was replying to her ad for wanting a cleaner on a casual basis as I tried to help find her someone I ended up doing it myself

I have a client with 2 children that I clean on a fortnightly basis . One time I arrived to do my normal clean and the children had left me a letter thanking me for cleaning their rooms , with that letter they had left me a chocolate.

I am always on time if not early, I get in contact with the client a few days before hand to confirm the booking they have made. If running late I will always notify my client

As I am quick in what I do, I like to get in and do the job and do it properly as I don't like wasting peoples time or money as this is not what Im about. Im honest and very hard working. I also provide gift certificates as well as an eftpos facility chip only cards at this stage.

General Clean: $35/hr min 2 hrs Weekends/Public holidays $40/hr min 2 hrs  Inspection Cleans & One off Spring Clean: $40/hr min 2 hrs  Vacate/Bond cleans start from and depending on the condition or the property: 2 bedroom home from $400 3 bedroom home from $500 4 bedroom home from $600  Shower Cleans: (calcium and soap scum removal) 1 for $100 each   Office Cleans: $45/hr min 1.5hrs  Oven Cleans: small from:$100 large from: $200 Oven, stove top and rangehood: small from $150 large from $250  Ironing: (charged separately) I do offer a pick up and delivery service within a 10km radius of Ridgewood at $5 each way up to 15 items $ 20 16-25 items $25 26-35 items $30 36-45 items $ 35 46-60 items $ 55

RENT INSPECTION CLEAN involves: wiping down of all benchtops and cupboard(exterior), interior windows, Shower screens, stove tops, appliances, mirrors, toilets, mop and vaccum throughout,plus door tracks, ceiling fans and removal of marks on walls. VACATE/BOND CLEAN involves: All of the above plus full shower clean (removal of water stains & soap scum from shower screens and tiles), full oven clean, interior and exterior cupboard cleans, windows (interior only), light fittings and all switches also Curtains washed and re-hung only if they are in good condition. Less Carpet Cleaning and Exterior of the property
