Training for Humans

Hello! I'm Tash! I'm a functional patterns personal trainer specialising in pain, posture and performance. I do individual, family and small group training (no one is too young or old). I am an NDIS provider for anyone looking for training through their plans. I have had significant results with clients with all sorts of problems; back pain, stress, anxiety, asthma, diabetes, polio, paralysis, flat feet, blood pressure issues, obesity, pregnancy(not technically a problem!) etc. I also work with clients to improve functional strength, tensegrity and sporting performance. I've worked with people doing rock climbing, tennis, soccer, swimming, golf, etc. My goal is to help as many people as I can to live happier lives. I do that by working with you to achieve what you want in life... whether that be diminishing that hip bursitis, teaching your kids how to maintain their health while having fun, helping you move better so you can explore the world or increasing your sprint speed so you can win that race. As my client, you don't need to have any equipment, as I provide everything, but I do expect you to: -Commit maximum effort physically and mentally to your sessions, as well as your homework -Take my dietary advice into consideration -Be completely honest with me IF you go all in and commit to this, I will put all my effort into helping you achieve your goals.
