Laura McBride, owner of Ego Brows and Beauty, is a fully qualified makeup artist and eyebrow specialist. She is specially trained in the coveted Anastasia Beverly Hills Eyebrow Shaping technique, popular among many Hollywood celebrities. She also offers services in spray tanning, nails, waxing and tinting. Laura has been actively working in the industry since 2011, initially working as a freelance makeup artist for weddings, events and teaching makeup workshops. She joined the Rogue & Regal team in 2012 when they were known as 2one7 stylists on Unley road. She works closely with the team and also participates in many of their hair competitions and photo shoots as a makeup artist. Laura is extremely passionate about the salon and it’s clients. “No two days are the same in the salon and I love the fun and challenges that each day brings. For me, when a client walks into my room, it’s like two girls raiding their mum’s makeup kit, or two girls getting ready before going out. There’s sharing advice, tips and tricks, but always a professional service and advice with attention to detail being paramount. I want people to feel comfortable and that they walk out feeling good about themselves, inside and out”. Outside the salon, Laura is regularly asked to be involved in beauty editorials for SA Style magazine and hair photo shoots and events.
