  They ruined my pavers by grouting them incorrectly. They then attempted to use bleach to clean them, further damaging the pavers and the discolouring the grout. The contractor admitted fault yet did nothing to rectify the situation. In addition they arrived late to complete the works, used my equipment, made me purchase more supplies from Bunnings and did not respond in a timely manner to phone calls and emails. They were completely unprofessional. I had three paving cleaner/restoration experts come out to give their opinion and they all said that my pavers were irreparable and it was a shoddy job. Zarifa ignored my requests for a partial reimbursement. I am currently lodging a VCAT claim.

  Proprietor was quick to get a deposit to " book in the job". Then I couldn't get a start date. Finally got a paver, bodgy job. pavers not set flat, no preparation of site. Communication poor with company and tradie. Would not recommend. Then a dispute to remove the skip.

  very poor communication and difficult to deal with and average job i wouldn’t of given them 1 even but it doesn’t allow negative stars. I recommend no one should hire them and should be removed from Airtasker.
