After spending over 15 years on fad diets, fitness challenges or being on some kind of diet, buying Spanx and looking for the next quick fix... nothing I tried worked or lasted. Until I learned a new way of treating my body, learning and having the right support to nourish not punish. No more counting calories, restricting or fasting just long term sustainable habits, as a by product of what I learned my body changed dramatically and know I teach other women to do the same because I can't keep this knowledge to myself I have to pay it forward so women are not longer hating their body, but looking after it and celebrating it.

Helping women get their confidence back and showing them how good their body is designed to feel. It's not normal to feel exhausted and tired all the time. I teach women how to eat and train so hopefully they don't need me forever.
