  This company is a fraud. They will take a deposit without providing service. They lie about what they offer in quote requests and refuse to refund deposits. Avoid at all costs.

  Absolutely wonderful and stress free move using M & H on moving from Hervey Bay to Moranbah price was 1/4 of the competition and the guys were wonderful and friendly and took great care of everything being moved. Could not recommend them highly enough.

  BUYER BEWARE...Left us high and dry. We provided a list of what we had plus supplied pics of all and advised that we would have more boxes than stated. All was great until just after we paid all monies in full prior to the move as requested by them. 1.5 weeks out from the move they asked us if we would be ok if they did not use their larger truck as quoted instead a smaller one. Said we believed we needed the bigger truck due to the extra boxes and were told fine. Then get a message that the bigger truck has broken down and they would now be farming the work out. Started to smell a rat but they assured us that all was fine and we were not to stress and that they were sorry for the muck around (have all the comms) So on the day a smaller truck turns up with not all gear being loaded. All comms were ignored except for a FB Message where we were told we had more than originally quoted and did we have the removalists number who they farmed work out to??? So much for customer service. All we wanted was to get the rest of our gear transported and for them to help doing so after assuring us not to stress not to worry they will look after it. We would have even paid them additional money if they offered a solution!! Left over items fridge, a freezer 2 statues and some boxes were sorted by us and certainly no where near the cubes that they were telling us.. All we were after was a solution... Not to much to ask for instead they basically just got their money for doing nothing and wiped their hands of us. Very Poor.... Think twice as per the saying- Poor Man Pays Twice even though in this case $$$ weren't the issue...

  Got given a online quote that was twice what any of the other 8 or so companies I contacted gave me. Would never recommend them just based on price
