  Excellent service, very happy with the job and result, the job was challenging in that Mat and his team had to match in with previously tiled rooms and an uneven substrate. Not only did they do a great job, they were on time and efficient, extremely polite and a pleasure to do business with.   I just installed a kitchen but it didn't include tiling. Tiles needed to be done around the shell of the former kitchen, working into my shiny, new drawers & cupboards, so a lot of fiddly bits requiring care and precision. Most quotes had me waiting literally months, the job wasn't quite big enough. Matt bent over backwards to slot me in. It started on time, ran to schedule and he checked on progress regularly. His tiler - also Matt - was a credit, the picture of professionalism, courtesy, accuracy and, when all was done, cleanliness. I am extremely pleased, will call these guys back if I ever need more tiling done. Tom Frair / Green Point

  Pleasant and capable tilers. The tiling work was very good. Made a mess during the work. Left a mess on completion. Failed to return to finish off gap between tiles and doors. Offered to get a carpenter to do it. This business has great potential however needs to think about over delivering to a client in order to improve their business.

  Hi Anthony,very sorry for any inconvenience with your job, With various sections of concrete grinding and cutting in a 50sq mtr floor with perfect landscaped areas everywhere and rain the whole time I thought we did pretty good wiping down the whole of your down stairs area.   Matt Napier and his team from the first point of communicating and quoting for the job through to completion were absolutely excellent and fantastic to deal with . Both ares (bathroom and laundry) were completed in a very high and professional standard which you could not fault. It is very refreshing to deal with a local team that commits to the time frames they say and turn up on the dot and keep you in the loop with great communication on any components of the job as required. Despite that there were some delays from our end which other tradesmen, Matt worked around with the time frames and completed the jobs quickly. I thoroughly recommend M&B Napier Wall & Floor Tiling for your next tilling job and I will definitely utilize their professional services again in the future

  My pricing isn't always the lowest but it's the service we provide leaving rubbish trailers on site ,covering carpets and cleaning after our selfs and providing a service that I would expect in my own home

• How do you normally charge for your service?

  As every job is completely different, i always require site inspection so I can see full detail of work and price accordingly
