  Terrible bond cleaning!! Did not cover all items in the list that they have mentioned on their website for bond cleaning example: cob webs not removed, windows not cleaned, blinds not touched, aircon (inside and outside) left uncleaned, doors left uncleaned, bathroom grout left uncleaned, shower recess left uncleaned, exhaust fan not cleaned and much more. Drawers and shelves were not cleaned thoroughly. I paid $482 for a 2 bedroom unit and I am extremely unhappy with the service. The cleaners took away the filters of range hood and left it uncovered. So, we are going to end up paying for a new range hood now!! Zero star from me. The cleaners were concentrating more on complaining that the company doesn’t pay them well than focusing on the job!! Not recommended at all. Please do not waste your money.

  I booked an end of rent clean through Maid2Match in Geelong and the whole process was terrible! Initially the clean was confirmed as in the morning, and then a week prior to the clean I was told it could only be done in the afternoon. The cleaners then tried to pick up my keys a week earlier than was arranged. On the day booked for the clean my keys were picked up but the place wasn't cleaned!! My card was charged and I wasn't able to get hold of anyone to sort out what had happened. New tenants were due to move in the day after the booked clean, so it was extremely inconvenient that the clean didn't occur as booked and paid for!

  Did a terrible job the first time round and still not clean after returning. Cleaner was lazy and tried to do a rush job. Wiped things down with a paper towel! $115 for an hour is expensive when there are little results. Honestly I could’ve done better myself. Next time I will not bother. Do not recommend.
