Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are insured! Though all of our designs are specifically to represent design intent only and should always be confirmed by the appropriate trades and builders before construction.

Will you require customers to share their COVID-19 vaccination status?

Accepted Answer

No vaccination status necessary though we do ask that you will kindly let us know if you are unwell so we can organise an alternate time or method to meet

What COVID-19 measures do you have in place?

Even though the isolation rule has bee lifted, we will not be out and about if symptoms of Covid-19 are present. If we are at the tail end of a case, we will always check with our clients before meeting and are happy to reschedule if necessary.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I initially went to design school as I had a strong interest in event styling. Whilst studying, I fell in love with interiors and how we can make such deep impact on peoples lives and wellbeing through the design of their home. The rest is history!

So far I have been fortunate to have wonderful clients! My absolute favourite part is seeing their face light up when they see a design they instantly fall in love with!

Mostly the common questions are related to how the whole process works. I have a little welcome package which outlines my processes and when composing a proposal, will create at time line specific to each job.

I have pure intentions which is just to create happiness through my designs. I'm not one for talking myself up but I am an honest individual and always deliver on my word.

I think a customer should ensure they are feeling really good and understood by the designer they hire. Interior design can be quite a personal affair and its important you are feeling confident we have your best interest at heart and comfortable to welcome us into your homes.

1. Research and define the design direction you would like to head for. If feeling a little confused, no worries but create a little portfolio of images that appeal to you.  2. Set a clear budget  3. Create a list of priorities from must haves to wants.

I am relatively new to business and so price my service very competitively.  Being newish is not necessarily a negative, I am inspired, have a good grasp on current trends and products and services to enhance your design solution.
