Our company is a family owned business with a rental based office only. Our team consists of Belinda our director/licensee who is 100% involved with the day to day running of the property, very rare as most Licensees are only involved when there is an issue. She also manages a portfolio of 50 properties. Belinda has been in the industry for many years as a Property Manager and also venturing into sales. A highly successful woman - she built Mandurah Property Management up from the ground, three years later she is a respected person in the industry. Ramona is our full time Property Manager and manages a portfolio of around 80 properties located in the Peel Region. I have been with the company for just over three months now running the Northern Suburbs/ Perth division of this company, based in Greenwood, with a smaller portfolio of 30 properties but it's growing. Both myself & Ramona have very good communication with both our Landlords and tenants. As a landlord you are kept up to date at all times with maintenance, inspection reports which are detailed and any concerns with the tenant. Working closely with each other we are able to address any issues that arise and able to streamline any of our procedures we feel may not be suitable to reflect the market or clientele. I believe this is the strength of the company is our small, professional and very personable team. Our current vacancy rate is sitting below 1% at the moment. This comes down to our availability, when an enquiry comes through we do not sit and wait to get more enquiries before we schedule a viewing as many agents do. We recently conducted weekend viewings resulting in 4 properties being leased. Mandurah Property Management is available 24/7 by phone or email to both Landlords and tenants. Our fees are slightly lower as we do not have huge overheads as franchise companies. Lower fees are not reflected in our service, same great service to all our clients.
