Professionally, I coach people to achieve success they hadn't thought possible in life and business, and I thoroughly enjoy doing so. Marriage Celebrancy gives me a chance to extend that involvement in helping people have a wonderful life.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

My favourite is when I was a groomsman and pretended that the marriage celebrant didn't show up. I wrote a little play around it and had the photographer and videographer in on it. After some fuss, I 'downloaded the app' that let me step in and perform the marriage.

I love the joy people feel, bride, groom and guests, when they experience an amazing ceremony, be it a simple ceremony or lavish spectacular. It's a buzz to be part of such a special time in people's lives. That's why I do it.

The most important factor for your Marriage Celebrant is making sure you get along well. Do they have the professional experience that demonstrates they are good at what they do and can deliver your ideal ceremony. I have been involved in presenting at and staging events for over 20 years.

It's the things that couples don't know that are more important. I'm here to advise you on all the things you hadn't thought of. I am your producer, writer and stage manager for the ceremony part of the day. The common question is "How much?", but there is much more to consider than price alone.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Ceremonies fall within a range of pricing based on the amount of writing of the ceremony that has to be done for the day, location, inspection of the the site and rehearsals required. Prices start at $400 including the Official Certificate of Marriage.

The most important consideration is that your celebrant is a good fit for you and will help and guide you smoothly through the creation of your ceremony as well as make your day special. My pricing is in line with my experience in writing and producing a large range of events.

Ceremonies are charged at a flat fee that is determined by the style of ceremony you want. Start from the simple legally required wording and certificates through a fully custom written ceremony.

Short and Sweet Ceremonies that express love and commitment for those that want more than the basic legal words. I do have longer ceremony options available for those that want a number of rituals and often their love story being told.
