• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  A bride had her family from England staying with her at the hotel the week before her wedding day in Manly they had never met her in laws to be and the brides mum was nervous and worried about having her makeup done so had decided not to wear any makeup which was concerning the bride. While I was finishing up all the bridal party I had a chat to the mum and we were laughing and joking before she realised it I had her sitting in my makeup chair getting her to hold a hand held mirror while I did her makeup. The bride cried with joy as this made her day plus I had a wonderful letter from her mum thanking me for going over and above for her daughter on her special day. The mum loved her makeup and now wears tinted moisturiser every day.

• What do you like most about your job?

  In makeup and beauty you must be confident professional able to listen and interpret what a potential customer is looking for and being able to make suggestions on a look or colours used to enhance their beauty. I love meeting new people and enjoy making them feel relaxed and confident and at the same time having fun.
