Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are an insured business. We can warranty our work for whats on the drum of the paint product that we will be using.For example, Dulux has a 7 year warranty. Thats how long we can give  the client a warranty.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

my uncle asked me when i had just completed school,if id like to help him paint. i agreed and have never looked back since.It was the best decision ive ever made.

I recently was referred by a past client to a new one. The client was worried and sceptical at the beginning of the project as the painting surface that she wanted to have completed, was very damaged and poor. What do you like most about your job?

There is nothing more satisfying for me to see my client happy with a smile on their face when i have completed a job and they are satisfied with my services as painter and a tradesman.

The most important question would be . Are you a licensed tradesman? The second question is. Are you an insured tradesman? The third question is. Could i please see your paperwork to show proof on both of the above.

I am always on time,if im late for any reason i always will contact my client to notify them of this, i have an eye for detail , im very articulate , and most importantly licensed and insured.

My honesty and professionalism is second to none, and I always communicate thoroughly with each client, for every project. I am always on time, and work in the hours that suit the client, which is always beneficial.

When a project can be completed What kind of products they are happy for us to use Hours of availability  If there will be obstruction when trying to get to the areas being painted ( only needed to be asked on certain projects )

The quality of my work is clean, modern and neat. Due to my eye for detail, I believe that, with the quality of work that the client will receive, with their end product, that this will make my pricing very competitive, as it will give the client exactly what they were looking for.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I prefer to make contact with my client first.Then depending on what you each client would like to do, I can give them an idea of an hourly rate, or a set price. but most of the time is important for a site inspection to happen to give a final quotation.

I specialise in painting works with special effects. I do like to use Porters paints, and specialise in effects such as the regency effect,duchess satin,metalic paints,rust effects,cross hatch,vertical metalics paints,2 pac epoxy.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Ive been painting for 20 years, i am a licensed painter, i specialise in special effects, and i have a boom lift license, should this be needed for a project.   My most important thing with each project i complete is that i always make sure my clients are completely satisfied, with the finished result.
